ABOUT THIS PROJECT: Designed as a permanent home for clients relocating from Memphis to Grayton Beach, this residence pairs refined interiors with an easy coastal spirit. White plaster walls and cerused oak cabinetry set the tone, while the second-floor pool features zellige tile and a custom copper waterfall.

A generous bespoke dining table sits beneath a cloud-like bubble chandelier in the dining area and the well-appointed bar was designed for frequent entertaining with friends. Upstairs, a coffee bar leads to the primary suite, with its generous balcony overlooking the dunes of the emerald coastline— perfect for sunset gazing.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a home that is both beautiful and effortlessly suited to coastal living.
